When you pinpoint a goal, you figure out what it is you really need and want. Determine your goals by choosing what is most important to you. The two categories that your goals must be placed into are needs and wants. Needs are things that are required for you to sustain a normal, healthy lifestyle. Wants are things that are desired. Desired things are not a necessity to live but are things the bring satisfaction and enjoyment to your lifestyle. It is wise to prioritize your needs before your wants. Step Two- Jot down the goal. Make a decision on what it is that you really need in life. Put the mental images in your head of what you desire into words on paper. When you write down your goals on paper, you begin to give life to your goals and dreams. Step Three- Date your goal. Write down a specific date as to when you need to complete your goal. If you are uncertain on a specific date of your goals, get as close as you can.
